These terms apply when you use hitncollect.com.au or buy from Hit & Collect. By placing an order, you agree to them.

About us

Hit & Collect is an online retailer of sealed trading card products based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

Products

We sell factory-sealed products. The contents of booster packs and boxes are random, and we don't guarantee any particular card or pull. Product photos are for illustration, and packaging may vary slightly from what's shown.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is taken in full when you place your order. We're careful with our prices, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and availability

All orders are subject to availability. If we can't fill an order, for example because of a stock error, we'll let you know and refund you in full. For high-demand releases we may limit quantities per customer, and we may cancel orders that exceed those limits.

Pre-orders

Release dates for pre-orders are set by the publisher and can change. We'll ship as soon as stock arrives. If our allocation is reduced, we'll fill pre-orders in the order they were placed and refund any we can't fill.
