Hit & Collect ships Australia-wide from Melbourne, VIC. We are an online store only, so local pickup isn't available.
Dispatch
In-stock orders placed Monday to Friday are packed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are dispatched within 24 hours of the stock arriving with us. If stock arrives on a weekend or public holiday, pre-orders are dispatched on the next business day. Release dates are set by the publisher, and we'll keep you updated if a date changes.
Shipping rates
All orders are sent with Australia Post and include tracking. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout and depends on the size of your order.
- Standard (Parcel Post): from $10.55. Free on orders of $500 or more.
- Express Post: from $13.55.
We currently ship within Australia only.
Packaging
Every order is packed to protect corners and seals, because we know condition matters to collectors.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item, and we'll make it right. If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, contact us and we'll follow it up with Australia Post.
Address details
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge postage to send it again.
